<p>It’s been quite a long time since I last created a character from this series. This time, it’s the mother of Sonken(孫權), a character I’ve worked on before. Interestingly, she didn’t appear in the original work but was first introduced in the sequel set several years later. Because of that, fans who have only seen the old anime adaptation might not even know she exists, since she hadn’t been created yet at that time. After her first appearance, I completely fell in love with her, as she’s basically a more mature version of Sonken. It seems that in Japanese anime, mother characters are often designed as more mature versions of their daughters, which I find really fascinating.</p><p></p><p>前回この作品のキャラクターを制作してから、かなりの時間が経ちました。今回のキャラクターは、以前制作した孫権の母親です。実は彼女は原作には登場せず、数年後を舞台にした続編で初めて登場したキャラクターなので、旧アニメ版しか見ていないファンの方は彼女の存在を知らないかもしれません。当時はまだ創作されていなかったのです。初登場してから、私は彼女にすっかり惹かれてしまいました。孫権のより成熟したバージョンのようで、日本のアニメ作品では母親キャラクターが娘キャラクターの成熟版としてデザインされることが多いように感じ、とても面白いと思います。</p><p></p><p>距離上次製作這個作品的角色已經相當久了，這位是之前做過的孫權這個角色的母親，這位母親實際上是在原作數年後的續作作品才初次登場的，因此只看過舊動畫版的粉絲可能甚至不知道有這個角色，因為當時她還沒被創作出來。在他初次登場後我變愛上她了，因為她簡直就是孫權的更成熟版，似乎在日本動畫作品裡母親角色常常會依照女兒角色的成熟版本去設計，真的很有意思呢。</p>
