## Aoyuki: The Frostbound Guardian
In the dark fantasy revenge series **My Gift LVL 9999 Unlimited Gacha** (*Shintei Lv9999 Gacha de Tsuihou sされた Ore wa Nakama o Shinjite Saikyou no Kuni o Tsukuru*), **Aoyuki** is one of the elite Level 9999 units summoned by the protagonist, Light, from his titular "Unlimited Gacha."
As a member of Light’s inner circle, she is not just a soldier, but a pillar of the "Abyss" nation he builds to exact revenge on those who betrayed him.
### Personality: The Silent Glacier
Aoyuki is characterized by her extreme stoicism and unwavering loyalty.
* **Devotion to Light:** Like all the Level 9999 summons, her entire existence is centered around Light. She views him with a mix of reverence and deep affection, though her expression rarely changes.
* **The "Kuu-dere" Archetype:** She speaks very little and often maintains a "poker face." However, her actions speak volumes—she is often the first to sense Light’s discomfort or needs.
* **Ruthless Efficiency:** When it comes to enemies of the Abyss, Aoyuki is utterly merciless. She views anyone who has harmed Light as trash to be disposed of, carrying out her executions with a chilling, clinical precision.
---
### Abilities: The Sovereign of Ice
Aoyuki is a magical powerhouse whose specialty lies in absolute zero temperatures and large-scale cryomancy.
* **Area Denial:** She can freeze entire landscapes in an instant, turning a battlefield into a graveyard of ice. Her magic is so potent that it bypasses the resistances of most high-level beings in the world.
* **Ice Construct Creation:** She can manifest weapons, barriers, or even a literal throne for Light out of "True Ice" that is harder than steel and nearly impossible to melt.
* **Level 9999 Stats:** Because she is at the absolute cap of the gacha system, her physical durability and mana capacity are beyond the comprehension of the humans and demi-humans who inhabit the surface world.
---
### Appearance and Design
Aoyuki’s design is meant to reflect her element—cold, beautiful, and sharp.
* **Color Palette:** As her name suggests (*Ao* meaning blue, *Yuki* meaning snow), she is draped in various shades of blue and white.
* **The Maiden of the North:** She often wears elegant, flowing garments that look like a fusion of traditional eastern robes and high-fantasy armor. Her long, pale hair and piercing eyes contribute to her ethereal, almost ghost-like beauty.
### Role in the Narrative
Aoyuki serves as **Light’s Shield**.
* **The Elite Guard:** While Light is perfectly capable of defending himself, Aoyuki often takes the lead in combat to spare him the effort.
* **The Contrast to Ellie:** While Ellie (the Level 9999 Maid) handles the domestic and emotional support of the group, Aoyuki represents the military and defensive might. She is the "silent partner" who ensures that the Abyss remains an impenetrable fortress.
### Why Fans Love Her
Aoyuki is a fan favorite for those who appreciate the **"Quiet Protector"** trope. In a series filled with intense dialogue and gory revenge, her silent, cold presence provides a unique sense of gravity. Watching her switch from a motionless statue to a devastating force of nature whenever Light is threatened is one of the most satisfying aspects of her character.
