October of last year is the last time I was able to work with Chel ! 😅 For someone as popular as her, she does seem to come around seldomly, but it does bring out for some pretty big sets when she's around ! And of all outfits, I've never actually gotten around to her original outfit before, so I said "hey, why not? it is the perfect time to do so !" 👀
