Description
Emilia is a central character in Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World, the fantasy series created by Tappei Nagatsuki. Known as a half-elf, she becomes a candidate in the royal selection of the Kingdom of Lugunica. Her place in that contest connects her personal hopes with the political future of the kingdom, while the series follows the dangers and relationships surrounding her and Subaru Natsuki.
Emilia is also a spirit arts user, and her bond with the great spirit Puck is an important part of her story. Her identity and heritage shape how others respond to her, but her role extends beyond the royal selection: she forms friendships, faces difficult choices, and continues pursuing her own goals through the challenges of the series. These character and story elements make her a recognizable figure across the Re:Zero anime and related adaptations.
