## Enome: The Caring Guild Mother

In the raunchy yet surprisingly tactical world of **Immoral Guild** (*Futoku no Guild*), **Enome** is the heart and soul of the Mebuki City Guard Department. While the series focuses on Kikuru Madan's attempt to train his clumsy subordinates so he can retire, Enome is the steady, nurturing force that keeps the entire operation from falling apart.

### Personality: Maternal Warmth and Wisdom
Enome is the guild's receptionist and coordinator, but her role is much deeper than administration. She is the **"Big Sister" (or Mother)** figure to all the guards, especially to Kikuru, whom she has known since he was a young boy.
* **Kind and Supportive:** She is incredibly patient, often being the only one who can handle the eccentric and "accident-prone" personalities of girls like Hitamu and Maidena.
* **Perceptive:** Enome is one of the few people who truly understands Kikuru’s burnout. She genuinely cares for his well-being and often feels a sense of guilt that he had to sacrifice his youth for the guild.
* **A Touch of Mischief:** Despite her mature aura, she isn't above teasing Kikuru about his lack of a love life, and she has a subtle, playful side that occasionally slips through her professional mask.

### Hidden Depth: The Experienced Retired Guard
Don't let her desk job fool you—Enome is a former elite guard herself. Though she rarely fights now, her experience is vital to the guild's success.
* **Expert Knowledge:** She has a vast understanding of monster biology and tactics, often providing the intelligence necessary for Kikuru’s team to survive their missions.
* **Protective Instincts:** When the situation turns dire, Enome’s maternal instincts transform into a fierce protectiveness. She might not be on the front lines anymore, but she is the shield that ensures everyone has a place to come home to.

### The Dynamic with Kikuru
The bond between Enome and Kikuru is one of the most wholesome (and occasionally complicated) elements of the series. To Kikuru, she is a surrogate family member; to Enome, Kikuru is someone she wishes could find happiness outside of the cycle of violence. She also has a daughter, **Eshne**, who views Kikuru as a brother, further cementing Enome’s role as the matriarch of the series.

Enome remains a fan favorite because she provides a **grounded, mature presence** in an otherwise chaotic comedy. She represents the home that the characters are fighting to protect, reminding everyone that even the strongest warriors need someone to look out for them.
