Hekapoo is a magical character from the animated series Star vs the Forces of Evil, the Disney fantasy comedy about Star Butterfly, a princess from the dimension of Mewni. Sent to Earth with a powerful wand, Star encounters new friends and dangers while learning to handle her magic and the responsibilities that come with it. The series moves between dimensions, combining fantasy, adventure, and comedy in a story centered on Star and the people around her.
Within the series, Hekapoo belongs to the Magic High Commission, the group involved in overseeing magic and its use across dimensions. She is known for making dimensional scissors, enchanted tools that allow their users to open portals and travel between worlds. Her connection to these scissors makes her an important figure in the show’s broader magical setting, where crossing dimensions is central to many adventures. Hekapoo also puts Marco Diaz through a demanding test connected to obtaining a pair, giving her a memorable place in the series’ expanding cast.
