Description
Lyne Mei is a character from Plunderer, the fantasy action series created by Suu Minazuki. The story takes place in a world where each person carries a count that reflects an important part of their life. When a count reaches zero, its owner faces a terrible fate. This unusual system shapes the series’ conflicts and gives its characters powerful reasons to fight, travel, and seek answers about the world around them.
Lyne serves in the Alcia Royal Army, where her duties bring her into contact with the mysterious Licht Bach and the people drawn into his struggle. Plunderer mixes fantasy, comedy, action, and questions of identity with a setting built around its distinctive count system. Lyne’s place in the military helps connect the story’s larger conflicts to the lives of ordinary people living under Alcia’s rules.
