Description
Maria Mikhailovna Kujo, often called Masha, is a character from Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian, the romantic comedy series also known by the Japanese title Tokidoki Bosotto Russia-go de Dereru Tonari no Alya-san and the shorter name Roshidere. She is Alya Kujo’s older sister, connecting her closely to one of the story’s central relationships and to the family history that shapes Alya’s life. Maria’s name reflects her Russian-Japanese background, an important part of the series’ setting and character dynamics.
Roshidere follows students at Seirei Academy, where school life, friendships, romantic misunderstandings, and ambitions around student leadership provide the backdrop for its comedy. Alya is known for expressing affectionate thoughts in Russian, believing classmates will not understand her; her classmate Masachika Kuze can understand the language, creating a recurring source of dramatic irony. Maria belongs to this same social circle, and her bond with Alya gives her a meaningful place in the broader cast. The franchise began as a light novel series and has also been adapted into manga and anime.
This set presents Maria Mikhailovna in a dress-themed collection, with 88 imported images credited to artist wapai. It offers a character-focused entry for readers and viewers looking up Masha, Maria Kujo, or Roshidere, while preserving the series context that links her to Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian. The alternate title and common abbreviation are included here to make the gallery easier to find across searches for the anime, manga, and original light novels.
