Description
Noel Niihashi is one of the central characters in Burn the Witch, the manga and anime by Tite Kubo. The story is set in Reverse London, a hidden side of London where witches and wizards work for Wing Bind, an organization responsible for managing dragons. Noel serves as a witch for the organization and works alongside her partner, Ninny Spangcole. Their assignments bring them into contact with the unusual rules and responsibilities that shape life in this magical world.
Burn the Witch blends urban fantasy with supernatural action, building its setting around the contrast between ordinary London and the concealed world of Reverse London. Noel’s connection to Wing Bind and her partnership with Ninny place her within the series’ core cast and its dragon-management work. The franchise began as a manga by Tite Kubo and was adapted into an anime, offering readers and viewers different ways to follow the same world and characters.
