Description
Palutena is the goddess of light from Nintendo’s Kid Icarus game series, where she serves as a central ally to the angelic hero Pit. As the ruler of the Skyworld, she guides and supports Pit through the dangers he faces, using her divine powers to help protect the realm. Her connection with Pit is at the heart of the series’ adventures, giving her an important role beyond that of a distant deity.
The Kid Icarus games draw on Greek mythology while creating their own fantasy setting and cast. Palutena’s stories often involve conflict with Medusa, the goddess of darkness, whose schemes threaten Skyworld and the world below. The contrast between the two figures helps establish the series’ recurring struggle between light and darkness. Palutena is especially prominent in Kid Icarus: Uprising, which expands the series’ character interactions and brings her guidance to the forefront of Pit’s journey.
This set features 23 images centered on Palutena, with creator credit to Dante AI. It offers a character-focused addition for fans looking for Palutena art and Kid Icarus material. Whether you know her from the classic Nintendo games or from Uprising, Palutena remains closely associated with Skyworld, her partnership with Pit, and the myth-inspired world of the series.
