Description
Shigure Kosaka is one of the martial arts masters in History’s Strongest Disciple Kenichi, the anime and manga series also known simply as Kenichi. A member of the Ryozanpaku dojo, she is its weapons specialist, bringing a distinctive focus on armed combat to a group of teachers whose expertise spans many different fighting styles. Her place among the dojo’s masters makes her an important part of the training world that shapes the series.
History’s Strongest Disciple Kenichi follows Kenichi Shirahama as he pursues martial arts training under the demanding instructors of Ryozanpaku. Shigure’s role connects the story to traditional weapons techniques and to the broader range of disciplines represented at the dojo. She is recognized for her mastery of weapons, while her reserved manner sets her apart from the more outspoken personalities among the instructors. Her expertise also makes her an especially memorable part of the series’ martial arts cast.
