Description
Zeta is a member of Shadow Garden in The Eminence in Shadow, the anime and light novel series about Cid Kagenou, a young man who dreams of controlling events from behind the scenes. After being reborn in another world, Cid creates the imagined organization Shadow Garden, only to find that the secret society and its conflicts are real. The story blends fantasy, action, comedy, and mistaken assumptions as Cid pursues his ideal of becoming an unseen power in the shadows.
Within Shadow Garden, Zeta is one of the Seven Shadows, the elite group of women who serve under Shadow. She is a therianthrope, a fantasy-world people with animal traits, and her role connects her to the organization’s wider network and ambitions. Her place among the Seven Shadows gives her significance in the series beyond a passing appearance, while the group’s loyalty to Shadow forms part of the broader story’s ongoing tension between Cid’s private fantasies and the events unfolding around him.
